People for caring and Learning
PCL is an organisation that is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty. They work towards this goal in a number of different countries, including Cambodia, through various strategies. Their learning centres provide various levels of education to people all around Cambodia to help provide a holistic solution to the cycle of poverty. They are involved in multiple education institutions, scholarship programs, micro-enterprise projects, and teaching seminars, and in doing so, give students the tools to build a better future for themselves and the next generation of Cambodians.
